◇ Due to weather or sea conditions on the day of the tour content may be changed.  Please understand that the decision will be made with your safety as our top priority.

◇If a typhoon or bad weather affects the tour, we will contact you either the day before or by the morning of the scheduled tour date.

◇If you cancel due to personal reason :

　◆100% of the tour fee will be charged for same-day

cancellations

　◆50% of the tour fee will be charged for cancellations  made the day before.

Please note that the cancellation fee must be paid via bank transfer. 

The customer will be responsible for any bank transfer fees incurred. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

◇ Please refrain from joining the tour if you are Not feeling well, or if you are under the influence of alcohol or hungover.
