キャンセル・変更の場合は、お電話にてお早めにご連絡ください。

お客様のご都合によりキャンセルされる場合、キャンセル料が発生します。

前日キャンセル：予約料金の５０％

当日キャンセル：予約料金の１００％ 

なお、キャンセル料金は銀行振り込みとなります。

その際に発生する手数料はお客様のご負担となります。

ご理解、ご協力をお願い致します。

In case of cancellation or reservation change,

please contact us by phone as soon as possible.

If the cancellation is due to the customer's convenience,

a cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation the day before the reservation: 50% of the reservation fee.

Cancellation on the day of the reservation: 100% of the reservation fee.

In addition, the cancellation fee will be a bank transfer.

Any transfer fees will be paid by the customer.
